Changing or cancelling an appointment

To cancel

Use the cancel link in your confirmation email and pick a reason for cancelling. There is no need to ring. The slot goes straight back into the diary for someone else who needs it.

Minimum 24 hours' notice required. Less than this will incur a cancellation fee.

To change the day or time

Have a look at the free times on the booking calendar first. If one suits, cancel the appointment you have, then book the new time straight away. If nothing suits, you keep the appointment you have.

Cannot find the confirmation email?

Search your email for Cliniko, the booking system that sends it, and it should come up even if it arrived a while ago. Worth a look in your junk folder too.
